Q: How do you collect data from leads? Is it legal?

A: Harpoon uses a combination of custom surveys and proprietary data collection methods. While we can’t disclose our exact methods to non- customers, we comply with all privacy laws and all leads MUST consent to the data collection process.

Q: What do you do with the data, and who can see it?

A: All collected data is analyzed and used to generate useful reports for Harpoon customers, that can be used to improve marketing and chatting for your models. All data is siloed- data from YOUR prospects will ONLY be visible to Harpoon personnel and your agency, and NEVER sold or shared.

Q: How do you reach out to the leads you collect?

A: Harpoon uses email and SMS to communicate with leads. We are also developing a toolkit for WhatsApp campaigns!

Q: Are you having conversations with my leads?

A: No. All outreach to leads is automated, INCLUDING FOLLOWUPS- we do not read or respond to ANY communication with leads, and we will never reach out to your leads for any reason other than to direct them to your model’s OnlyFans page.

Q: Do I need any special software to use Harpoon?

A: Harpoon does not require any third party tools or software. If your model has an Instagram account and a link in bio, they’re a candidate for Harpoon. We do recommend some third-party tools to enhance the effectiveness of Harpoon (you’ll get detailed video guides when you subscribe), but they are by no means necessary.

Q: Do we have to give Harpoon access to our model’s social media or OnlyFans accounts?

A: No access to any of your or your model’s accounts is required. We just need you to create a unique Free Trial Link that is ONLY used with Harpoon for attribution.

Q: How exactly do you push subs to the OnlyFans?

A: The simple answer is: we reach out to them via text and email and tell them to go to your model’s OnlyFans page. However, that’s not the whole story. A T1 team of native English speakers writes unique copy and messaging for every single model using Harpoon based on their age, location, appearance and personality that feels as real as possible- so the fan legitimately believes that the model wants to talk to them. This is why our conversion rates are so high!
